The price was also very competitive compared with the other quotes I researched. One thing that particularly impressed me was their follow-up service. They proactively returned a few days later to inspect the installation and check the water temperature once the new system had been operating. I had noticed a very small leak and flagged it to them. It appeared to be a minor connection issue that can sometimes become noticeable after the system heats up and the pipework expands. They tightened the connection during the follow-up visit, and everything has been spot on since. That follow-up demonstrated a genuine commitment to workmanship, quality standards and customer care. I have just had a hot water system replaced by Our Plumber, not only were they the most competitive price wise, they turned up when they said and did a great job on the install, it looks so neatly installed compared to the old tank, I wouldn't bother looking elsewhere for a Hot Water System.
They replaced my hot water unit. Very quick response, professional and great value for money. The plumber went out of his way to clear the AC drainpipe which he noticed was blocked with dirt and not sitting in the drain. Highly recommend
