I just wanted to share a quick recommendation. Our facility recently had very dirty carpets, and we engaged YS Cleaning Company for a deep clean. They did an excellent job—our carpets now look fresh, neat, and almost like new. If you’re considering carpet cleaning, I highly recommend YS Cleaning for their professionalism and quality of service. Bob
I had a great experience with YS cleaning company and the owner Akbar. I requested cleaning of 2 bathrooms especially tiles which were very dirty and hard to get any stains of due to it being P5 tile. The before and after cleaning pictures attached self explain why I am very happy with their service and highly recommend them.
I’m very disappointed with the cleaning service provided. The job was not done properly and did not meet an end-of-lease standard. The bathrooms were not cleaned thoroughly, the oven was still dirty (including the grills and glass), skirting boards were not cleaned, and the floors were left sticky, likely due to improper use of cleaning products. There were also areas that were clearly rushed and overlooked. Communication was difficult due to a language barrier, which made it hard to explain what needed to be redone. Payment was also an issue — there was pressure to pay immediately, with insistence on cash rather than bank transfer, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I also had to repeatedly follow up to get my receipt, and it took several hours before it was finally sent. Overall, the service felt rushed, incomplete, and not worth the cost. I would not recommend this company for bond or end-of-lease cleaning.
