I’ve had a great experience at Zarya Gym. As a woman, I really appreciate the private ladies’ gym area and swimming pool, it makes working out so much more comfortable. I’ve been training with Coach Pooja for the past two months, and she’s been amazing. She’s knowledgeable, keeps every workout varied, and always motivates me to push beyond my limits. She also provided me with a personalized meal plan, which has been really helpful. What I enjoy most is that she makes every session fun, and I genuinely look forward to training with her. I am very happy with my swimming trainer Ms Shameem. I have taken 20 classes with her. She had taught me with so much energy, fun and lots of positivity. The way she handles people of different ages is so remarkable . She is so kind and patient especially with small children and beginners. I highly recommend her as your coach.
