The Masterclass exceeded my expectations, and every session was practical, detailed, and professionally conducted. He explains every technique clearly, from the basics to advanced baking methods, making even complex recipes easy to understand. My favorite part of the course was learning puff pastry and Crossiants making. The hands-on training helped me master puff pastry, cookies, and cakes. If you're looking for professional, hands-on baking classes with an experienced mentor, I highly recommend Zeroin Academy. My daughter is 19 and has passion on baking. I was nervous about finding something proper - most cake baking classes in Chennai are either too basic or not designed with younger students in mind. Zeroin was different. The trainers were patient with her and the environment felt safe and encouraging. She came home every day excited to tell us what she made. She's already doing cakes for family functions and her relatives keep asking for more. Genuinely glad we found this place.

I really had a good experience in this baking class conducted. The teaching and practice sessions were well organized and easy to understand. I learned many new baking techniques, and the instructor (Mr.Yogaraj) was always approachable, patient and supportive. Thank you for making us enjoy baking and giving me confidence to try more on my own. PS: As a suggestion for improvement, there is only one washing area (sink) available for many students, which is bit inconvenient during busy sessions. Increasing the number of sinks or washing stations would really help.
