DentaCrafters of Burke offers preventive dental care, including routine dental exams, cleanings, and treatments designed to maintain healthy teeth and gums.
My first appointment with DentaCrafters was excellent. They took over the previous dental company and I must say they didn't skip a beat. Excellent customer service. Love how they are so attentive and make sure they walk/educate the customer through the entire process. Thank you team you all are awesome 😊.
From the initial phone call to make the appointment, to the reception area to the visit…the team made me feel 100% comfortable! I almost didn’t show up, as I have a high level of anxieties when it comes to dentist, but they assured me that they would do whatever they needed to, to make me feel relaxed. Now that I’ve been to the office, I can say they went above and beyond to take care of me (and my anxieties) and I am so much more comfortable seeing them as a dentist!
I was a new patient. I was nervous, but as soon as I got there, I saw the diversity, and felt 10x better. The smiling faces, the offer of water, and a great lounge area with early 90s R&B. I felt immediately at ease. The xrays, measurements, and cleaning were done so fast and efficiently. They fixed my smile, and I was definitely smiling when I left. There is a bathroom on LL, as the bathroom at the doctor's is busy, fyi. I recommend this practice to EVERYONE. I am rarely impressed. This was a rarity. I love my (new) Dentist.
