Arrived and solved the problem under 20 minutes I had a 2014 Ford Mustang V6 convertible and the top was down so I could unlock the doors, but unfortunately, I locked my key in the trunk and when I open the door and unlocked it from reaching my hand over the window the alarm went off and it disabled the electronic electronic trunk button so when I hit it, it wasn’t opening since I set the alarm off and every time so he made a temporary Key was able to unlock the door to where the system could detect that there was a key being put in so then I was able to hit that trunk release button and it was able to open the trunk so I can retrieve my car key. They have been locked in it and no, I couldn’t get to the back because it’s not a hardtop.
