Staff was knowledgable, friendly, and always on time for appointments. I have used Proper Plumbing several times and am very happy with their services. They installed a water leak device, water pressure valve and expansion device on water heater. Previous service was installing new shower head and faucet equipment in shower/tub bathroom.
The Proper Plumbing folks are great. Had a few issues all crop up at once (leaking line under my house, bad shower valve cartridge, bad hose bib, water heater was toast). Scott came out, rocked the repairs and did a great job. Had a couple of minor issues crop up w/new water heater overflow and the hose bib but Scott came back out ASAP and spiffed things up w/in 24 hours. Highly recommend for reliability, work ethic and honesty. Definitely will be my plumber of choice going forward.
Scott was professional and very courteous. He cleaned up after he was done. He did an outstanding job in a timely fashion. I would recommend him as a plumber for any job. He installed my water purification system for the whole house with soft water unit as well.
