First time on this boat and our family had such a great time! Food was good for the price. We also want to thank Thanh Thao for her impeccable service and for making our experience a memorable one.

I booked this for my daughter thinking it’d be a fun, touristy evening — and wow, it delivered... just not in the way I expected! The food was dreadful, the entertainment was so loud and tacky it actually became the highlight of the night because it was that bad. For $75 AUD, I learned a valuable lesson: avoid tourist traps. Also, despite being called a "river cruise," it never actually left the dock — that part was almost comedy gold. A night to remember... for all the wrong reasons

I am writing to share my family’s recent experience aboard the Tau Ben Nghe cruise ship during our visit to Ho Chi Minh City. Our time on the cruise was truly memorable, particularly due to the outstanding dining experience we enjoyed. The service provided by our server, Phun Vu, was exceptional and greatly contributed to making our dining experience one of the best. Phun Vu’s attention to detail, professionalism, and warm hospitality truly stood out and made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our meal. It is without hesitation that I recommend other travelers visiting Ho Chi Minh City to experience dining on the Tau Ben Nghe cruise and to ask for Phun Vu’s excellent service. We extend our sincere thanks to the entire crew for making our trip so enjoyable, and we look forward to returning for another wonderful experience in the near future. All the best, Jason Yang & Hien Yang
